As a senior member of the Digital Content Strategy team, you will help to drive the goals of the Marketing and Communication department through the use of organic social strategy and community building
•
Lead the day-to-day operations of our organic social efforts, managing every aspect of MSK’s strategy, infrastructure, reporting, and creative including developing, tracking, and meeting team goals
•
Be a change agent and transformative leader – reimagining and leveling up our existing efforts, modeling, educating, and training key staff on social best practices
•
Closely manage social listening efforts, responding to and escalating any brand risks as needed
•
Work collaboratively across the Marketing +Communication organization, including paid social teams, to create efficiencies in how we work together
•
Be a creative influencer: a well of best-in-class, engaging social ideas that match our ambition and budget
•
Contribute to and oversee copywriting of social media content from internal and agency teams
•
Partner closely with social platform and social CMS account leads
•
Work to develop new inroads and areas of coverage for MSK, staying within important patient privacy and legal guardrails
•
Be an expert in industry and platform trends, technologies, opportunities, best practices and legislation
