Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all relevant social media platforms

- Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality

- Working closely with Creative Team to visualize ideas, along with day-to-day content creation for various social media channels

- Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team.

- Liaise with the social media agency as brand's POC to share briefs and oversee day-to-day activities, content, and other deliverables

- Competitor benchmarking (using tools like Unmetric, Digimind, Locobuzz, etc.)

- Create post promotion plans with targeting options and placements

- Understand and evolve the voice of our brand on social media

- Stay abreast of key social media trends, competition brand activities and emerging social media marketing technologies and benchmarks in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social formats and provide recommendations

- Monitor brand sentiment among customers (using tools like Meltwater, Sprinklr, Locobuzz, OneDirect)

- Suggest and implement new social formats to develop brand awareness, promotion, and boost engagement

- Collaborate on influencer campaigns, shortlisting, collaboration plan and performance metrics

- Implement standards for Influencer activity, as per the brand brief and marketing objective

- Collaborate with other teams like community, new product development, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency


MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field- Prior experience of 5+ years working as a Social Media Manager/Community Manager

- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram & YouTube

- Ability to create innovative social content, supported by relevant formats

- Familiarity with social media tools and paid social media advertisement

- Proficiency in English with strong verbal as well as written communication skills

- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

- A keen eye for details

- An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
