Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop organic social content that generate high levels of engagement across multiple platforms

You will contribute to influencer strategies by managing content, relationships, and day-to-day drafting and publication of media posts and scheduling

Manage all social impact-related social media accounts daily – listen, coordinate with and ensure approval of stakeholders, draft copy, fact check, work with design for visual assets, coordinate with SI Marketing

Participate in internal briefings, creative brainstorms, daily social media check ins, and report outs of results, etc

Develop and maintain influencer strategy documents, influencer target lists; conduct and manage as-needed research to recommend relevant influencers for multiple programs and initiatives

Build and maintain relationships through social media

In coordination with Comms Managers and Associates, develop social media plans for release of every major WES publication, policy statement, blog posts, etc

Report on SM performance

Work within existing Content Management Systems (CMS) to build out landing pages, oversee content updates to web pages, and manage other day-t- day web production responsibilities as needed

Research and analyze metrics from the CMS to assess webpage performance

Work with Content Writers to optimize SEO keywords and increase website traffic

Write web copy, newsletter copy, and marketing copy as assigned

Provide writing and proof-reading support to communications managers and associates

Provide research support for media requests and FAQs

Provide assistance with social media management, listening, and influencer list
