Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassadors
- Manage onboarding checklist and communication for EyeBuyIcons
- Assist in developing monthly ambassador brief and product selection
- Gather order details including prescription, mailing address, and frame selection
- Submit and coordinate with the lab on orders for ambassadors
- Upload and tag user generated content within content library
Influencers
- Support influencer sourcing in a variety of task to include:
- Initial vetting through all incoming collaboration requests
- Profile audits on potential partners
- Influencer order processing and tracking
- Review influencer content and provide influencer metrics for approval
- Upload and tag influencer content within content library
- Collect and report on influencer post analytics
- Generate coupon codes for influencer product orders
Other
- Source user generated image and video content on social media
- Track daily updates on trending videos and content on emerging channels such as TikTok
- Pull and update social channel reporting
- Assist in updating the social media calendar to align with marketing and content calendars
- Link final designs from the design team to the social media calendar
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in managing influencer or social media marketing content
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate results
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Understands Gen Z content trends and topics across social media
- Lives and breathes catchy social first content
- Knowledgeable and regular user of new social platforms like TikTok
- 40 Hour Work schedule (it may change depending on business needs)
- 9 am to 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- 10 am to 7 pm on Wednesdays
