Partner with content contributors to produce quality, error-free content optimized for each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) that is in line with our brand voice and guidelines and supports one or more marketing goals.
Develop our Instagram content calendar with the goal of driving interest and awareness of our thought leadership content through daily feed posts and compelling story content.
Monitor content engagement on social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) daily, ensuring we stay engaged with our community. Be prepared to create quality and timely responses that align with brand standards.
Execute paid social media campaigns across retargeting and display advertising platforms, industry publications, and other third-party sites.
Analyze the campaign performance of all social media platforms by translating quantitative and qualitative data into comprehensible recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
Report on individual campaigns and produce monthly and quarterly summaries to track performance. Identify areas of improvement and effectively communicate the value of social and digital channels to internal stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging technologies and stay on top of digital and social media trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Liaise with global team, which sometimes requires flexible hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred)
1-2 years in a marketing or communications role, or similar experience
Proven experience managing social media in a professional capacity, preferably with a B2B company
Prior use of social media publishing and analytics tools required; Hootsuite experience is ideal
Editorial experience with copywriting and/or copyediting
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar software desired
Foundational understanding of the industries and markets covered by S&P
