Social Media Strategy Execution
- Manage strategic development of the social content calendar based on business priorities in addition to updating the calendar with relevant cultural events and significant information
- Support the Social Community Specialist with proactive response strategy across Ulta Beauty owned channels and relevant beauty/beauty adjacent conversations
- Partner with the Associate Manager, Social Listening & Measurement to identify trends and present findings to social team and relevant cross functional partners
- Support publishing all organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Reels, TikTok, and Reddit
- Support the development and growth of our social media presence on all platforms, prioritizing advocacy within the community
- Communicate with social team peers to produce and publish time-sensitive content in a prioritized manner
- Identify and adapt to updates in audience behavior and social media algorithms to enhance performance
- Weekend and holiday coverage as needed – this responsibility will be shared
- Support Senior Manager and Associate Manager on all Integrated Marketing campaigns, including ideation/brainstorming, facilitation of assets, accountability for timelines and meeting coordination, meeting recaps/feedback and information sharing
- Gather, prioritize, and execute social media requests from internal teams
- Bring new ideas for engagement forward, defining the benefit for both our social communities and brand partner needs
- Be the voice of the community and help cross-functional partners think about things from a social-first perspective
